WHO WE ARE

This is to inform you that THE HORSE’S TRUTH complies with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) 2018.
 

WHY WE COLLECT DATA ABOUT YOU

In order to operate efficiently when dealing with enquiries and/or send you updates and/or orders we need to be able to communicate with you.
 

WHAT DATA WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU

Personal Data we may hold about you includes: your name, postal address, email address and other contact details.
 

WHERE WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION

These details will be stored on an antivirus-protected computer system.

In the case of your subscription to our Newsletter service your email address is stored securely with our mailing agency MailChimp who fully complies with the GDPR legislation.

Any paper applications forms received are stored both on the same computer and in a confidential file which is kept locked filing cabinet at the home of the business. These forms are shredded and disposed of via a confidential waste service once our agreed work together has finished
 

HOW LONG WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION FOR

The records we hold about you will not be kept for any longer than necessary.
 

YOUR RIGHT TO REQUEST THAT WE ALTER OR DELETE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

You have the right to alter or have deleted your personal data from our records; this will be done within 28 days from receiving your instructions in writing or via email.
 

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

None of your data will not be passed to any other unauthorised organisation without your written permission (with the exception of the postal service I use to deliver items you have ordered from me).
